By creating an account or using SealedMargin, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

SealedMargin helps you track purchases and sales of products you buy and sell and calculate profit. It's provided by SealedMargin.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information, and tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Your data

The inventory information you enter is yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Not financial, tax or legal advice

SealedMargin does calculations from the numbers you enter. Results depend on that information being correct. Nothing on the site is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and you're responsible for your own tax reporting. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.

Release dates and other information

Release dates and similar information are gathered by hand from public sources and can be wrong or change. We don't guarantee they're accurate or current.

Acceptable use

  • Don't break the law, interfere with the service, or try to access other people's data.
  • Don't scrape the service at a rate that harms it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and limits on liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, which is zero for a free account.

SealedMargin is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or any other game publisher, toy maker or brand. Pokémon and all other product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
